The apartment was clean, it has everything you migth need, from dishwasher, washing machine, microwave to coffee maker, you have cleaners and detergent and everything you need. It’s comfortable, the beach is less than 5 minutes away. The owners are really nice, they prepare everything for your stay. They also offer transfers, which I recommend. And I liked that we had a balcony which was big.

the pool area was lovely. the fake grass meant the kids could run around and not hurt themselves. the food was delicious and the staff was very helpful. bit out of town but the shuttle bus is great which is free from 10 am to 6pm every hour. if u didn't have small kids walking with you the walk to and from town is nice

It’s perfect place for the kids my boys are enjoyed there they are 3 and 4 years old they also had a bus every hour goes to the beach and the to the center we enjoyed this place but it’s definitely for children and families

We felt this hotel just was not for us. But we do recognise that it suits many families who have a great time enjoying the hustle and bustle of a big family hotel. The food was good with a wide selection. Kids loved the outdoor pools. Gail the manager was absolutely wonderful.
Acceptable price-quality ratio.
Nice and big, deep pool. Pool has a separate area for small children, where it is very shallow. There are comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool, it's fun to spend time.
The hotel also has a bar where you can order drinks and sit down. The bar has several pool tables.
This hotel is great for families! If you have kids this is the place to stay. Great location, the staff always have activities to entertain the kids including free kids club. Night discos for kids. Plus great pool areas. And rooms are very comfortable and keen.
Also breakfast wow. There is literally nothing else you could ask for the buffet was huge. We didn’t have dinner including but did eat at the buffet for dinner and again the variety was insane. I don’t think I felt hungry once while being here
The location is good, near the town centre. The apartment was spacious and clean, the balcony was big. The kitchen had all the necessary utilities for a family. The pool was family friendly and very cozy in general, also very clean. The baby cot was good. All in all we had a very good stay at the apartment.
A nice family-friendly nicely located hotel. Easy access to the beach and close to the bus station. All in all, can highly recommend for staying with kids due to kid-friendly amenities – pool, kids club, etc.
We had an amazing stay at the hotel, it’s perfect for families with small children and kids. Lot of activities for them. Staff was also very friendly and considerate for small children. It was easy to find free parking on the street in front each day, so no issues. Location also very good, close to supermarkets, shops and nearest Fenals beach

Pool and facilities around it were clean and nice, slides are child-friendly with plenty of options for kids of all ages.
All-inclusive has plenty of options for snacks and drinks next to the pool, more than I expected.
Food was diverse although might be a bit better quality.
Perfect size for families with small children, you can chill by the pool and still you have clear visibility on children on every pool.
