I thought the staff were so friendly and helpful, very welcoming. The room was superb and the breakfast and dinner menus are great. The parking is spacious and the location is wonderful..when we go again, we will stay there, even though we prefer in general to try new places.

Everything was superlative, spacious, comfortable, very clean and a special breakfast! Well trained, helpful staff! It can be used for holidays, family and business. What a fabulous little hotel. Located in Gros, with not too far to walk into the main town and old part of town. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room with a small terrace was lovely. The bed was large and comfortable for my husband - a bit too firm for me, but you can't legislate for my dodgy back! The complimentary toiletries were really good quality, and the rainfall shower was a dream. Complimentary soft drinks in the mini fridge were a lovely touch and although as Brits we are used to tea and coffee in the room, we enjoyed plenty of free teas and coffees downstairs in the lounge area, which is a lovely space. My husband happily went to make me a mug of tea in the morning and bring it to our room! There was plenty of hanging space for clothes and air con. We only had breakfast on our final day ( as most days we were eating enough elsewhere!) The breakfast was delicious - way superior to higher graded hotels we've used, possibly because as they aren't a restaurant, they are not rehashing last nights dinner left overs into strange combinations! There was fresh fruit and juice, eggs and bacon for those so inclined, a selection of pinxtos, meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, fruit, pastries and sweet stuff - the quality was excellent and everything we tried was really fresh and tasty. I think it was a really good price for a very good breakfast.

modest hotel, small but clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, with a large balcony, located in an area with easy access to the highway. Few services included, but the price is very affordable. Close to the train station (five minutes walk) to San Sebastian. It also has near a bus stop of the line that goes to San Sebastian.
Garden is beautiful and really well maintained. The whole place is spotless. Really warm and family hospitality. We had lovely walk in the morning to explore area.
