The room was spacious and there was an elevator. The house was quiet and Ana, the host, changed our pillows when we mentioned they were too high for us. She was very attentive and pleasant. She gave us advise on things to do and places to see nearby. She even let us use the breakfast room, which was cool and spacious, to do some work. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed it. The place and the host were both lovely.

The apartment is small, but comfortable with an efficiency kitchen and two bedrooms. The view of Rioja is absolutely gorgeous. We kept the shutters down during the morning (east side) and opened them in the late afternoon. We did not need the air conditioning this way. The location is within easy walking distance to the central part of Haro and to the wineries across the river.
