Fabulous location in the heart of Tequise. Beautiful building and rooms. The lady serving breakfast on our first morning was exceptionally pleasant and cheerful. Also breakfast was amazing on both days. So much choice all brought to your table. Yoghurt and muesli, fresh fruit, local cheese and ham, bread, in-house made jams and sauces, cake and churros, plus tea or coffee. Also offered scrambled or fried eggs, which were delicious. Kept us going all day! Loved the courtyard in the centre - an oasis of calm to enjoy a coffee or drink, especially on Sunday Market day!

The house was lovely, and it was in a fantastic, quiet location - just what we were after as a base in Lanzarote. The pool was kept at a very good temperature, and the outside area was enjoyable overall.

Everyone had the best holiday and kids of various ages absolutely loved it here too. Its perfect for larger families ours was of 10 and there was still plenty of space as the villa was huge. The villa was beautiful inside and out and spotlessly clean.
All the amenities you could possibly want are in the villa such as cups, glasses plates bowls cutlery, all the essential things you need, we were left pool towels, which was a nice touch.
We used the superdino for shopping and then ate out most nights in the square, and then our last night had a takeaway delivered to us from a restaurant called the filling station, which was a fantastic service.
We walked every day into town and got 3 taxis back, who have is there contact number as it was quite difficult to get taxis to pick us up from there.
A special mention to our host Maxi, thankyou for the most enjoyable stay at villa las parseidas, we will no doubt be back one day soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa: it was spacious, it was well decorated and with lovely paintings, and it had a lovely pool and patio area.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
It is a one level self standing house in the center of Guatiza, near the church. The layout is very modern and really functional.
The terrace is huge and the covered part of the terrace has sliding glass doors. Excellently equipped in all details.. Full of light.
Parking is at the entrance of the house in a small garden with lemons, oranges and other fruits.
Our stay at Susana's place was just perfect.
The Villa is wonderful and has all comforts you need.
Perfect for a couple as well as for a family.
Susana, the host, was so helpful and attentive.
We truly had the best time and we'd recommend this place to our families and friends.
Everything. Quiet location in small village. Villa name is rather amusing. Villa La Petite, should be Grande... Its really big. Villa is just perfect. Pool, patio and undercover outdoor eating and BBQ made this holiday for us. BBQ nearly every night.
We stayed here for two weeks in April 2022. Family of 4, Myself, my wife and our two teenage daughters. We all had a fantastic time and did not want to leave. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Sitting watching the sun go down by the pool was just lovely.
