We stayed one night on a stop over road trip. It is used be an old high class residential building , like all the other buildings in the area now turned into a charming hotel. The room was lovely. We especially liked the outdoor public bar. very lively.

An excellent location for experiencing the Basque countryside and coast, with striking sea views and horses grazing nearby, as well as good train access to Bilbao and beaches. The breakfast was very tasty and offered a wide selection of culinary options. We especially enjoyed the onsite swimming pool, which was well-maintained and clean. Beautiful house, I had a really nice room in the attic. The owner was really nice and welcoming, making sure I had all I could need. The countryside surrounding is breathtaking, all green and rolling hills. Unfortunately I did not have much time to enjoy that aspect this time as I had an early flight next day. The connection to the airport is fantastic, 10+ minutes by car, so it is an excellent alternative to a hotel airport.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Perfect for us because the apartment is close to the metro station. Very comfortable and clean. Javier kindly met us early, so that we could go off to our family meeting.

The room was very well set up for a family with children.
They also provided a bag of treats for the children in the room on arrival.
And they children got excellent games, colors, coloring books at the reception which they loved and we did not expect.
The hotel is literally just a few steps from the beach.
very clean, comfortable, as the photo’s, good location. very good communication from host. host kindly put milk and orange juice in fridge. good bed and high chair for baby.
We were a family of 6,including 2 young children.We requested a cot which Juan kindly provided.There was a good size area outside with an awning, where we ate in the evening and the children could play.The bathrooms were fine and hot water was virtually instant!The villa is well located near a beach and the old town.We enjoyed using the metro
to explore other good beaches nearby and Bilbao.
