We were warmly welcomed by our hosts, who showed us around the historic building, kitchen, and our room. The room was bright and beautiful. We liked the addition of a small table and two chairs by the window.
Breakfast was delicious and abundant, with opera music played in the background. We sat in the courtyard and watched the swallows flying overhead.
There is a convenient local supermarket and the property has a communal kitchen.
There were lots of nice touches like complimentary hand cream and sweets (etc.)

Loved everything about this hotel. The owners and staff, the building, the pool, and the food were all excellent. We had a very comfortable nights sleep and a great breakfast. It was a perfect last night stopover on our road trip to Southern Spain.

A good sized room with everything we needed for a very nice overnight stay. Clean, air conditioned and ensuite.

We are frequent guests and return at least every couple of months throughout the year for a bit of peace and quiet away from the city. Guillermo is always very courteous and provides excellent food. We particularly enjoy walking along the river into Ademuz, as well as walking in the surrounding areas.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Quiet Monasterio in a remote area with great woodland walks. Good size, clean, functional rooms with most facilities. Very courteous staff. Good bar and restaurant serves nice food and a generous breakfast. Beautiful chapel is part of the development.
