Bent over backwards to assist me, especially as I have walking difficulties. Had great laugh with staff especially in bar and restaurant. Food was good even when it was late arriving. Nice seating area outside to watch world go round.

Breakfast was excellent, with good range of choices so that you could eat different things each day.
some starters seemed very big but thankfully the waiter did tell us on one occasion we would be better to share!
good that the evening menu was varied as we did not find anywhere else to eat.

If you like staying in a rural community this is definitely the place for you. Situated next to a medieval square with a cloistered church on the one side, this is an old building which has been tastefully restored to a high standard. There was a communal kitchen which contained a microwave, cooker(no stove), and a washing machine. A very comfortable sitting room which made you feel "at home" in. There were 3 "Juliet" style attractive balconies. Two small supermarkets were reasonably well stocked and were nearby. A restaurant and bar on the main road served very good food and drink. This was a perfect base for venturing farther afield. Not having a smartphone I arranged to stay an extra two nights because we liked it so much and the surrounding countryside was so beautiful at this time of year.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
