Very clean, bunks very comfortable, although making up the bottom bunk bed was a workout. My pillow was very uncomfortable, problem solved, I used my quilt as a pillow and took a soft blanket off the shelf, slept perfectly. The communal kitchen was good I would certainly stay again

After quite a walk from Ancora, we arrived at a simple beach cantine, where we had a lovely calamari. From here, the owner of Casa de Alicia kindly picked us up.
We stayed in one of the three rooms of the lovely and very clean house just opposite the sea. We really feel at home here.
Alicia even put some lovely fresh figs in the fridge and brought us wine. She is terribly kind and like a mother to us, making sure we are super comfortable. There is also a sunny patio where you can sit and enjoy the ocean view.
We so thoroughly enjoyed it here that we chose to spend another night here washing and relaxing.
I can recommend this house to everyone!

This property is a hidden gem and most definitely a home from home experience. The hosts were amazingly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and soo welcoming and kind. As there were no other guests staying the night we were there we had the whole house to ourselves!!
The view from the house was fabulous overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and had the best sunset.

In spite of the fact we arrived soaking wet, we got a warm, friendly welcome from Ana & her daughter Laura who acted as translator.
Communication with Ana was excellent and she accepted delivery of our luggage
