Breakfast to order was excellent. Everything was perfect, nothing too much trouble for our host Jose Antonio. A very peaceful and interesting posada with garden. Loved it and will stay again.

We loved everything about this hotel ! A 1200 year old castle then renovated into a palace and finally to finish up as a modern, trendy and chic place to stay. The restaurant was fabulous great food and fresh ingredients and very good service. Must do the breakfast as it was a bargain for what you got. The hosts/ owners and staff were so nice, friendly and helpful, we even got a personalised tour of the local village. Oh forgot to mention it is associated with the vineyard nearby with great selection of the local wine … triple bonus

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful even though we were the only guests. Every effort was made to make us comfortable l,even during breakfast when my family were the only ones there. The restaurant along the road is very nice with great food and all staff were polite and patient with the little Spanish spoken by us.
We stayed for 1 night as a stopover from Portugal to the Santander ferry. Modern, clean, well run functional hotel just off the main road to Santander, plenty of free parking. Good sized room & bathroom. Good free Wi-Fi.
