Truly charming rural hotel in this hidden valley above Barco de Avila.A real oasis of calm with incredible views of the Gredos mountains. Beautiful, furnishings in the spacious bedrooms. Large but cosy sitting rooms, gorgeous terracota terraces looking out over the garden and Sierra. The service was warm and friendly sorting our every need. We ate twice in the restaurant in the evening and lunch the following day because the outside terrace was such a special spot. The food was good, both the fish and meat. We really fell in love with the place and area. Perfect for walking and cycling and close to the town of Barco. We shall return! Very good value for money!
Situated in Barco de Avila the charming hotel is located in natural surroundings offering the perfect location to rest and unwind in a picturesque town.

What a beautiful building and location. The hotel is stunning in every way the lobby is great the rooms exceeded our expectations. The bar was fair and car parking was great especially if you have an electric car as the hotel has 3 chargers. However unfortunately the whole experience was let down by the food, without going into to much detail the meat was very pool on all 3 dishes in fact the first two were changed. It’s a total shame as the food let down the whole experience.

The whole place was quiet and amazing. After a long cycle ride cold beer was availble.
I hope to come back one day and stay longer as this part of Spain is great for cycling. This hotel will be a great base
