It was somewhat complicated as we couldn't find the building, ultimately we found the father of the property guy and he showed us around, but spoke only Spanish. The only really good thing was the location as it was close to historic city center, although just across the river these outdated modern high rise building(s) were somewhat worn out, but clean with 3 bathrooms.

Perfect location in an historic building with lots of character and charm. Good sized space with sofa, dining area, lots and lots of closet space, and a functional kitchen. Plenty of hot water for bathing, as well. No air conditioning but it was not needed and Burgos has a reputation for having a cool climate, which it was during our visit the first week of September. It is located in a perfect part of Burgos, right at the entrance to the old city center, and just a few minutes from the Cathedral, the Río Arlanzón promenade, the Mirador del Castillo, and the Museum of Human Evolution. Restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, and everything you could possibly need is either right outside the door or within a few minutes walk. The bus stop to catch the bus to the train station is literally 5 minutes from the front door, as well.
Hotel Maria Luisa is located in central Burgos, 5 minutes' walk from Burgos Old Town and 12 minutes’ walk from its famous Cathedral and the Human Evolution Museum.

It was perfect for a one night stopover as we started a tour of Northern Spain & Portugal. There was good parking with use of EV charger & easy walk into the town centre.

The bar/restaurant is very convenient and is very good value. Staff is attentive and food is quick.

Everything is great! We loved the apartment, comfortable for a family with 2 kids, has everything you need, plus coffee and even small breakfast, that was very helpful as we arrived very late at night! The apartment has a parking reserved near by so there is no problem in this case. Inma, the perfect and very helpful host! She was always in contact, even by night, and Mario helped us on the street to find the apartment and the parking! This was our first stay during our Spain journey, and this start was perfect!
