Apartment done up really nicely with good touches like things in the fridge to welcome guests. Location is great, halfway between the old town and the Guggenheim (and overlooking the escalator up the hill). Host really friendly and helpful. All round great stay.

Ideally located just off San Mames stadium, very close to Bilbao Intermodal, for the airport bus, 7 min on foot to Euskalduna congress center, closest to Sabino Arano tram station for Guggenheim and old town, although you can get there on foot in 15, respectively 30 min.
The apartment is spacious, clean, the living with sofa bed and smart TV, with all the apps. The kitchen well equipped, big fridge and a delicious Txakoli wine as a welcome gift. The bedroom huge, with built in dressing, very comfortable mattress, and a smaller TV. Wifi very good, communication with host in spanish but I've managed to understand the instructions for the access key. Mercadonna is the closest supermarket, but I reccomend Eroski, 5 min on foot, for local delicacies.
Next to the Bilbao Estuary and just a few metres from the iconic Guggenheim Museum and the Euskalduna Palace, our 5-star hotel is the ideal place to relax and savour true Basque gastronomy.

I was on the 6th floor facing away from the town. Clearly the view would have been better on the other side but I was not in the room a lot. Breakfast was adequate and met my needs. I did se some people struggling to get an omelette but this was eventually resolved.
Located in Bilbao’s main business district, this contemporary hotel and spa is a short walk from the Guggenheim Museum, Convention Centre and the old town.

Breakfast was lovely, but was not included in the room cost, to my surprise. All other hotels on our journey through Basque Region included breakfast.

Great spot in downtown Bilbao with a wipe of being part of a well functioning society (kids playing in the streets, nice blend of local and travellers in the neighbourhood).

A very clean and comfortable small family-run hotel, with a good breakfast. Just a short drive to the funicular railway which takes you down to Bilbao.
The room was clean and confortable. The baby bed provided was functional and clean and set beforehand as we requested. Clean bathroom, functional, practical. Good light overall provided by big panoramic window. Nice, available, safe and affordable parking spots in garage. Good access through the elevator. And good location, pretty central.
Really beautiful flat! We were totally surprised when we arrived. It’s a flat actually, but was like a luxurious hotel. Since hotels in Bilbao are slightly expensive, this flat is really a good deal:)
And it’s only 2 minute walk from the Santutxu station’s entrance and the apartment is equipped with an elevator, so the access is easy even for family with small children and strollers. You can easily reach Casco Viejo and Plaza Nueva by walk.

The location was a short walk to the old town and was also close to the metro. As an extended family of 5 (including a 2 year-old) we stayed in two spacious interconnecting rooms. The restaurant was a perfect match to our needs. It seemed to be always open, had a great menu (with vegetarian options) and the servers were very kind and child-friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The onsite parking was very easy to access and use.

the property is gorgeous. A perfect getaway for young families. Enough rooms for 2 families traveling together. very well equipped - especially the kitchen and extra facilities for kids such as a splash pad, hanging chairs for babies, … only a 10 minute walk away from the funicular that will bring you right to the city center of Bilbao. our host Maria is incredible and gave us tons of tips and recommendations in the area. she’s very responsive and was always very helpful.
