Super nice apartment in walking distance to the Guggenheim museum. It was very clean and well equipped, e.g. with a washing machine and dishwasher. It was also convenient to park our car in the garage. Staff was very nice.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, just on the edge of the old town in Bilboa, and also just a few minutes walk onto the main shopping street running through the town. The room was very neat and tidy, also very, very quiet, which was perfect. Lovely big rain-fall shower and also a fantastic air-conditioning in the room.

The host was awesome! He had tons of information, great recommendations, and made himself available every day to help out with logistics. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating family dinners in the dining area. The location was awesome for getting out into the city and the neighborhood felt safe. We would stay here again!

The apartment looked beautiful when we walked in and is in a nice building.
The bed was comfortable and the sheets lovely.

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Great spot in downtown Bilbao with a wipe of being part of a well functioning society (kids playing in the streets, nice blend of local and travellers in the neighbourhood).

A very clean and comfortable small family-run hotel, with a good breakfast. Just a short drive to the funicular railway which takes you down to Bilbao.
The room was clean and confortable. The baby bed provided was functional and clean and set beforehand as we requested. Clean bathroom, functional, practical. Good light overall provided by big panoramic window. Nice, available, safe and affordable parking spots in garage. Good access through the elevator. And good location, pretty central.
Really beautiful flat! We were totally surprised when we arrived. It’s a flat actually, but was like a luxurious hotel. Since hotels in Bilbao are slightly expensive, this flat is really a good deal:)
And it’s only 2 minute walk from the Santutxu station’s entrance and the apartment is equipped with an elevator, so the access is easy even for family with small children and strollers. You can easily reach Casco Viejo and Plaza Nueva by walk.

The location was a short walk to the old town and was also close to the metro. As an extended family of 5 (including a 2 year-old) we stayed in two spacious interconnecting rooms. The restaurant was a perfect match to our needs. It seemed to be always open, had a great menu (with vegetarian options) and the servers were very kind and child-friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The onsite parking was very easy to access and use.

Enough rooms for 2 families traveling together. very well equipped - especially the kitchen and extra facilities for kids such as a splash pad, hanging chairs for babies, … only a 10 minute walk away from the funicular that will bring you right to the city center of Bilbao. our host Maria is incredible and gave us tons of tips and recommendations in the area. she’s very responsive and was always very helpful.
