The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They fixed everything and tried to accommodate for every need. It’s on top of a hill, in a very quiet area with great views. The pool was great.

We loved it all! Very nice, clean and fully equipped appartment, bathroom with shower, sink+mirrror, toilet and washing machine (working, we even got the washing gel from the owner when we asked - for free). Appt has it's own terrase for chill. Air condition included in the price. There is a nice clean swimming pool as well, free to use. They have wifi. The owners are grear, friendly, very kind and would give you anything to make you happy - thanks Tomás and Puri. Every day they offer you a breakast, lunch, dinner, it's up to you what you choose. We had dinner everyday and it was 100% delicious and for a really good price, better than in any other restaurant on the island. The location allows you to get both to the see and to the mountains quite fast, enjoying typical mountain roads. Overall it's a beautiful place, it's quiet and with view on the mountains. 100% recommended!

This is a lovely little property in the heart of Tunte. It has heaps of character, with rooms tastefully furnished. The apartment was very well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. The location is perfect, just around the back of the church, close to shops, bars etc. Complimentary fruit and snacks in the entrance area was a nice touch.

Apartment was very nice, cosy and clean, well equipped with all necessary appliances. Bed in the bedroom was huge and very comfy too. Host was very friendly and helpful, answering all the queries we had. Also helped us with Car rental, and the car rental they organized was really great at a really good price. Location of the apartment is just great, close to the beach and all local amenities, we had also access to the lovely pool, that our daughter really enjoyed.

It’s near the Shopping centre Bellavista and few nice restaurants. The only problem is that the shortcut located opposite of the house is closed by 9pm.

Viola, was a very kind host with excellent communication towards us. Despite the dated exterior of the building, the apartment has a stylish modern interior with all the necessary equipment, including air conditioning and washing machine. Having the big pool and private parking were also nice bonuses.

Spectacular and well appointed villa right on the sea front. Heated pool was a big hit! Great location with shops and restaurants only a short walk away. Good communication from Pedro before we arrived.

Food was overall good at the buffet, fruit was however poor quality. Kids area and entertainment were good too. It would have been great if the kids toilet was open at all times, not only a couple of hours during kids club. Esp. With main pool toilets not being the cleanest. The free shuttle to the beach was good and reliable. We enjoyed Maspalomas beach, but the ocean is too rough with young kids. Sun longer etc are cheap there. The free pool towel service was good, however it opened too late at 10am! It also needs better monitoring of the dreadful ‘place towel and disappear for hours’ practice most people were adopting as loungers weren’t enough in the main pools. If you are travelling with kids, place yourself in the gated kids section which was amazing to have.
