Location was excellent, beach, restaurants and supermarket all on doorstep. pool was a good size and very quiet. Apt had washing machine which was a great addition, Netflix on TV for night time. There was nothing we felt we were missing. Family with teenage boys, had a really enjoyable stay and woukd go back again.

The place was in a perfect location with fewer tourists in comparison to other places in Tenerife. Me and my wife were very happy with this accommodation. The view through our balcony with sun beating down the swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees was one of our favourite views. The communal swimming pool was well maintained, additionally we got to meet some amazing people who used to sit by the pool during the same time as us. It is really very well run and nothing was too much of a trouble.

Warm welcome, cold drinks in the fridge when we arrived. A large balcony and a well-equipped apartment, good cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathroom. Very good kitchen.

The apartment is clean and has almost everything you need for a holiday - the only thing we would add is the kettle.
The beds were big and comfortable - enough for two people to sleep on.
The apartment has access to a nice big and clean swimming pool - the kids loved it.
The host was very friendly too, though we only chatted virtually 😁. He allowed us to change the check out date and refunded it as we had to come home one day earlier than we planned. We could also stay longer on our departure day and we had enough time to enjoy the pool.
One more advantage - the apartment is close to the HiperDino supermarket, which is open until 10pm.

Good location, not too close to any loud night life but easy to walk to beach and restaurants. Good value for money, quite pool in the complex and food available at poolside restaurant. 24hr shop is just on the corner of block, handy for arriving late and getting water and snacks. Very modern bathroom, shower was very spacious with waterfall shower head.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Newly refurbished. In an excellent location exceptionally close to shops/restaurants and the beach. Was quiet in the evening, and we didn’t hear noise from the nearby restaurants. We would highly recommend this apartment. We are a family four with teenage children, and had a great time staying there. The laundry room was very helpful. Everyone was provided with one large towel and one hand towel.
Very well equipped and modern apartment. Just few minutes walk to the beach. A little noisy in the evenings from the restaurants but actually we enjoyed being in the centre of the holiday atmosphere, even with the small children. Shop just next to the apartment.
Location is just perfect! 3 minutes walk from 2 very nice beaches, many shops nearby including larger and smaller grocery stores. Very convenient for a family with kids.
Apartment layout is very good too. 2 balconies with sea and mountain views. Not too hot inside.

Booked the accommodation last minute in December without knowing what to expect considering the rating. We were pleasantly surprised - the apartment was very nice, well cleaned and had all the facilities we needed. Heated pool, the kids pool was quite cold.

Nice, clean and comfortable house in a good location. Very suitable for small families. Close to Los Cristianos and Adeje. Monkey park is also just a few minutes away. Hosts were welcoming and very friendly. All our family sincerely enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place.
Great location, specially with the family as there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. No climbing up and down the streets with the baby-stroller as this area is on sea level which makes it great with small kids. Plenty of playgrounds within the walking distance to choose from and beach is also very close. Apartment itself was very nicely decorated, clean, nice and roomy and easy to access. We enjoyed our stay and would stay next time as well

Perfect location, we stayed with our two children 2/4 and it is very family friendly. short walk to the pool/beach/city.
Once we locked ourselves out but it was a very good communication in order to fix that issue within minutes.
