Staff were great. Food was really good. Spotlessly clean room. We were always offered bottles of cold water going to our room at end of the day and even when we were checking out!

The location for Llanes is excellent ~ 20 minute walk. Close also to main roads and no noise. Great base.
Hotel has a lovely character and great and well kept gardens looking at the mountains. Room was large and comfy and quiet. The staff were excellent taking the time to explain where to visit. Would visit and stay again

The garden is simply beautiful, with a nice view of the mountains. The pictures of the rooms don't do them justice. They are much nicer in reality. There is a lot of choice at breakfast. The rooms are rather spacious and clean. The people who operate the hotel are not your typical hotel staff, and with that I mean they are not the fake friendly type, but if you make an effort to speak a little spanish (a few words are enough really), you'll find them very helpful, generous and friendly. The location is close to the highway, but we didn't hear it from our rooms because it's a lot lower on the hill. You're very centrally located to all the Asturian beach towns and even the Picos de Europa are only a short drive away.

Breakfast was simple but with good quality products. No hot breakfast options. Lovely variety of public rooms and terraces overlooking the valley setting. Visit coincided with a local Rallye de Vallee 2024 Llanes. Some traffic restrictions but great atmosphere. Simple evening meals all of good quality. Hosts were very helpful. Fresh cakes at breakfast baked by Rosalina.

The location was wonderful. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Very nice place felt like home kids had lovely garden to play in we had great bbq the house was just great nice and cool even when it was hot out and at night was nice to sleep as it was cool
The views are fantastic and it is a nice short walk to the beautiful beach of Andrin. We had the family room, which is big and comfortable with a small kitchen. The restaurant serves good food and there is a relaxed cocktail bar. The breakfast was fantastic! The best we have had in Spain.
