No a lot. It was a mistake. It was near a small bullring and opposite the church. Food was simple but ok. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed one.

Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful owners, excellent food served every evening, and Saturday evenings are particularly fabulous with entertainment, music and gorgeous food and wine! Our room was beautiful and spacious with chairs and a fireplace as well as a super comfy large bed. The hotel is in a very quiet area so you would want a car to get here and to get around - the roads, some are quite steep and most bend and twist, but they are very good roads surface-wise so no worries at all and with fabulous views all around.

You can't fault the location in terms of views and the hotel is clean and bright. The restaurant took advantage of the views and was well organised with a plentiful supply at breakfast time, and the staff were polite and efficient.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Perfect: room, bed, personal, and breakfast.
We were traveling with our baby, which is always stressful because you don't know in advance if the place is going to be comfortable and suitable for him. The personal was extremely nice and helpful with us, providing us with a crib and a baby bath without even asking, also with a high chair in the common area. The room was pretty spacious and the bed really really comfortable. The breakfast is insanely good. The hotel is located in the center of Almonaster.
The village itself is beautiful. The house has everything you need for a small family. There is a great view from the terrace on the mosque and fortaleza. You can park on the main road, it's only 3-4 minutes walk.
The family that runs this place was lovely. I wish I had more time to talk to them, but I was out most of the day. The kitchen was huge and clean. The place was spotless and the bathrooms always smelled fresh. The room was very spacious with a splendid view of the village. The hostel is also located very close to the bus stop.
