Nothing, the house was closed when we arrived and after half a hour a lady, I don’t know who was, said to us that there wasn’t our reservation (we showed the confirmation by Booking app) and she proposed us a solution for the night but the price was twice compare with our first reservation! 5 adults just spent one night pending boarding for a cruise. Apartment was very clean, 5 comfortable beds, didn't get a chance to try pool. Good communication and assistance with manager.

Breakfast was unbelievable! The homede pastries and our egg dishes (omelette and club sandwich) were absolutely delicious. We didn't arrive at our hotel until 2am and the security guard happily greeted us with our room keys and wifi. We checked in the next day with the hotel manager who was the sweetest and most kindest man. We were able to leave our luggage in storage while we walked down to the beachfront for a few drinks before heading to the cruise port. The hotel manager offered to call us a taxi and warned us about uber scammers. We did not use the taxi as it was 1hr 45,in wait however we did call the uber ... and he did try to scam us once he dropped us off at the cruise port claiming we had to pay him cash. (Even followed us to the terminal!)
I would highly recommend this safe and clean hotel.

Very clean, alive is much better as on the photos here, cozy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable too , there is a little terrace , opportunity for a parking, very hell apartment and for one person absolutely enough. And one more time - very clean, I will book again if I need. A washmashine is there too (normally not often to be there in a lot of such apartments in La Romana)
