I received a message from the hotel when I reserved on August 7th. message stated that I would find a key in an envelope with my name on it. this was definitely not the case. No key to my room was waiting for me as promised. I took a picture of the only envelope there that was not in my name and contained 6 keys. i would be happy to provide you with a picture of the envelope. I tried to message the hotelier via your app. I did not stay at the hotel. I have been ripped off and would like to know what I can do to obtain a full refund? what is the procedure for this? Nice place and walking distance from B&B is hotel restaurant with very good food and it is beside Hunseby Strand, we recommend to visit. Nice breakfast was served.

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Breakfast was fresh, cozy and kid friendly. Bedroom was clean and spacious for 4 people, it had a fan an a small fridge, which was very practical. Beds were comfortable and the owner was very friendly, if traveling back in that area, we will definitely stay again. Grocery stores were within 6 minutes away by car, and knuthenborg safari was close and easy to drive from there. 100% recommended.
