We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Royal Arena where we were attending the event. Little did we know that it'll turn out to be one of the best hotels we ever stayed at!
When we just arrived at the reception, all I could think of is just WOW. It's the most beautiful reception I've ever seen!
Then, we were warmly welcomed by a super kind receptionist guy (even though it was late night). In addition to this, he also offered us a FREE UPGRADE! 🥺 It was the second WOW of our stay.
And, of course, the third WOW was the room itself :D It's so creative, stylish, well thought out, and simply FUN! You'll spend the 1st hour of your stay just exploring all the fun features that this room offers :D My personal favorites: iron&board right in the room (such a rare thing, even for 5* hotels). All the furniture, bed sheets, and household appliances were high quality. The fully-equipped kitchen and very comfy table make the room perfect even for a long stay. Also, there's a TV to which you can cast videos from your phone (YouTube/Netflix/etc).
The breakfast at the hotel is also great - the buffet offers everything you need (incl. amazing bakery😉) + you can additionally order eggs prepared in different styles.
The location was perfect for our purposes, but it's convenient to get to the center too - the metro is right around the corner. Also, there are 2 big supermarkets literally in the neighboring buildings. Generally, the hotel area is beautiful, modern, clean, and safe.
ALL the staff members - receptionists, kitchen personnel, chiefs, cleaning ladies - are just fantastic people.
There were so many other cool and fun things in the hotel, such as the room where you can take additional tea bags/coffee capsules/kitchen utensils/etc at any moment, laundry room, courtesy room, possibility to rent bikes, super cozy last floor with board games....

Prior to all, the Host is super friendly, gave all details on a perfect check-in on timely basis and with extra tips. The property is well located and as you enter you can tell you could be returning home. "All" is put available and you can feel the caring for all available things. The apartment is big enough for all of us (5), very comfortable and nicely decorated. As all necessary equipment (and beyhond) for a good stay.
Just 5 minutes’ walk from Tivoli Gardens and Copenhagen Central Station, this good-value hotel offers free Wi-Fi internet and a popular Scandinavian breakfast buffet. All rooms have a tea/coffee...
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Despite some of the other reviews, we really enjoyed this hostel. It was extremely Kid friendly and at check in my children were given a little goodie bag. Pretty cool. The bedrooms were very clean and it had a great shower. The location is only a 10 min metro ride to the city so it isn’t far at all. Breakfast was pretty decent :) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
It was family friendly and had a cool vibe, at the same time! Buffet breakfast was super convenient when travelling with kids, and we loved the rooftop bar. We had a private room where my child really enjoyed having a pod style bed to themselves.
We liked everything! The location, the easy access to the apartment (ground floor, easy with a little kid and a stroller and suitcases), the spacious rooms and living room. We were 5 adults and a toddler and we had a wonderful time. There is an Ikea Antilop high chair and a crib for toddlers. The tour with canal boats starts 2 minutes away from the apartment, and the pedestrian streets with many shops and restaurants are also 2 minutes away. There is a playground 1 minute away as well, and supermarket within 10 minuets walking distance.
The apartment was perfect for my family (2 adults + 3 children (ages 6, 4 and 1). They provided a high chair and crib for the baby as requested. The kitchen was vey well equiped and I was always in contact with the staff through the mobile. We were right in the city center so basically in walking distance from everywhere, which was great with the children. We were also very close to the Norreport station which allow us to take a metro to and from the airport and also to take the metro to other parts of the city when needed.
Location is good. Short walk to Tivoli Gardens, Natural History museum and a longer walk to Nyhaven. it has a great atmosphere, really buzzy with lots of young people and families, music and laughter all day. the family bunk rooms are fun, but pretty tiny but our kids loved the bunks.
Location was good. 10 minute walk and you’re in the city centre but close to local amenities if you need milk or pastry’s for breakfast. The room itself was great. Had an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tablets and everything you'd need to use them. Honestly, it was a great place to stay and wonderful base for our family. They had even set up the sofa bed for our toddler, cot in our room for our baby and put in a high chair! They’ve thought of it all!!
Great family hotel. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Swimming pool access was great - very clean, quiet, and with areas both to swim and for kids of all ages to have fun. Location an easy walk from the station and city. Loads of eating/drinking opportunities in the meatpacking district adjacent.
Good location. Needed a quick layover stay for the family. We knew it wasn't a family hotel per se, but us traveling with teenagers only it was ok. Great pub downstairs for a fun night out if that's what you're after.
