The breakfast and all the meals at the hotel were truly excellent. I would encourage people to stay at this hotel for the food alone, but the staff were all courteous, effective and helpful. This is a fine example of a fine family owned hotel with excellent food. The location in a pretty village about 12 miles from downtown Freiburg was very good for walking and enjoying the open air life.

The host was very kind! The apartment/ flat was comfortable. It was excellent value. The views in the village were very pretty. If you have a child or are a beginner at skiing there is a ski hill right by the place.
