I liked the location very much as I like quiet places, and this hotel is by the forest in a small village. Room was also very comfortalble and met my expectations. Everything was clean. Landlady was very helpful. Enough parking space. Loved breakfast very much and was happy I decided to book with breakfast. Managed to find chinese restaurant near by (a couple kilometers away) for an evening meal as we arrived a little late and all the shops were closed.

Location is just great, near historic castle and in nice natural environment - with walking tours starting so close to the property. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room had lovely views. The whole hotel was immaculate the rooms a great size and the bathroom is spacious. All staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was lovely with fabulous views and the food and service were excellent. The hotel is situated in a conservation area and the walks were good and began right at the hotel door. There were wild deer all around and lots of birds too. Koblenz is about 30 minutes drive and is a great for shopping . Linz is also close by and is a beautiful historical old town with lovely shops and restaurants. Cologne/ Bonn airport is about a 50 minute drive from the hotel.
