Host was very friendly and eager to help us. Our visit was for the EURO2024 Football and location was good to accommodate, however you need to have a car for the next shops/bakeries.

Private parking garage (15€/night). Close to public transport and free ticket inclusive. Very quit area, somehow a bit out of town but only 20 minute ride with the tram and you were in the center. Room was fine and bed was good. Food at the restaurant was ok but a bit over priced. Lady at the restaurant did a good job.

The location is great. It´s a bit far from city center, but right next to the Völkerschlachtdenkmal. Line 15 (tram)) brings you within a few minutes to the city center. It´s also perfect to have free private parking next to the house (no street parking). The appartment is very well furnished, tidy and clean. The bed is quite soft, but this is a very individual thing i would not rate down. I loved the appartment!!
