This is an excellent hotel in a very good location in the centre of Düsseldorf, close to the main shopping areas and the Christmas markets. The bar and lounge are comfortable (although see comment about the cigar lounge). The hotel restaurant (The Duchy) serves high quality, local dishes. The staff throughout are friendly and professional. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with complementary soft drinks & beer. There is also a resident-only living room with tea & coffee available.

Room exactly as advertised and shown in the photos, it actually looks bigger in person. Party of 8 completely overwhelmed by how spacious and clean it was. Location was excellent, right in the main shopping thoroughfare and close to several tram, underground and overground train services. Keyless check in service was very easy and well organised by the host, who also kept in regular contact throughout our stay incase we required any assistance/information during our time in Düsseldorf. Full marks, would absolutely return to this apartment.

Wonderful host. He and his wife have a very lovely apartment. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. About a 5 min walk from two different public transportation spots. The host even offered to pick us up from the airport. Easily able to navigate to the apartment. Each day when we left they left more beer in the fridge for us. Great experience overall.
