we had a great stay, the hotel staff were fantastic and very helpful, the parking was easy too.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Amazing location with stunning views and garden. We had the superior apartment with all the facilities that we needed. We liked the terrace a lot to the apartment enjoying the evening sun. Bed is super comfortable and they also provided crib for our baby. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bridge as well. Communication was smooth with the owner. Free parking onsite. Definitely we will come back again as made our visit to Cochem even nicer.
The location was in the centre, near to Markplatz, it is quite convenient walk to the shops and restaurants. The house was quite big and there was enough space for us (4 adults and 2 small children, 1 teen), it was just easy and full of equipments what people need during staying. Only it smelled a little bit in the first floor when people come in from the main door. If there was a door there, would the smell not come through to the entrance? Just an idea..... The last thing, the owner was very friendly and easy to communicate, thank you again!
Good location, reasonable price, newly renovated and clean apartment. The fold-out bunkbeds were fun for the kids and surprisingly comfortable, with a small risk of being eaten alive by the bed:) A perfect base of operations for a short stay to explore Cochem.
The service and hospitality were topnotch. We felt like were welcomed into the host’s home. All our needs were taken care of—and we traveled with a whole family with 2 kids (1 and 4 years old) and a senior citizen, so that’s saying a lot. The breakfast buffet was also great—good selection and filling. I’d recommend booking the room with the balcony view of the Reichsburg.
Loved this place. We travelled with two adults, toddler and baby and it was large enough for all of us. Cot was provided. Kitchen was small but functional. The apartment had been recently renovated and everything was new, clean and thoughtfully put together. The location is very good. You are across from the river, and short walk into town. About 20 mins walk to castle. The host was really nice, communication was excellent. The building is very cool as well, looks like a small castle. Kids enjoyed that!
Wonderful hotel with breathtaking views over the castle and river. The personnel was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies. This is a family friendly hotel, with a great breakfast and private parking, just a few minutes walk from the city. The wine selection at the honesty bar was excellent. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this region.
We stayed at this location with our family, included three young children. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. The host Jacqueline was brilliant. She spoke excellent English, she looked after us wonderfully. She even found toys for the children to play with.
The property is only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Cochem.
You are certainly made to feel at home at this property and we would highly recommend it.
