Ferienwohnung Ruderich is a large basement apartment in a residential house which was very well equipped and comfortable, and we were also able to use a large covered area in the hosts' garden for outdoor meals - indeed, the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and we were able to do some mid-trip washing and ironing very easily. Both the large kitchen area and bathroom were much appreciated, the latter having both a bathtub and separate shower. The apartment is situated in a very quiet residential neighbourhood just outside a small town near Bamberg, and was ideally situated for visits to this lovely old city (free park and ride available). Also, very close by there is a good quality supermarket, and an excellent beer garden is only a 15 minute walk into the centre of the town.
