The Mendler family was extremely friendly and accommodating! The location is amazing, right in the middle of the Altstadt. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and we loved walking around. The apartment was comfortable for us and our four children. The kitchen had the equipment needed and also some spices etc that are helpful when cooking. There is one bathroom and it has a drying rack in case you have laundry to hand wash (there is no washer/dryer). We really loved the views from the apartment; you can see the mountains from the living room! There are lots of steps up to the apartment, which wasn't a problem for us but some might need to consider that for their needs.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly and Pepe the dog loved the attention! The hotel is quiet and relaxing and impeccably clean throughout. Our room had a large balcony with views of the alps to the left and was very well equipped. The breakfast was plentiful with excellent service to detail. We enjoyed the service of wine and beer with an ‘honesty box’ set up in the reception area. On waking, Easter Sunday, each guest had a chocolate Easter bunny placed outside the room which we considered to be a kind and caring surprise!
