The room was exceptional - very well decorated, spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The breakfast was good - 2/3 egg options (plus a hidden omelette menu on top of the juice machine), french toast, fruit, patisseries, cereal. Enough for vegetarians.
The sauna area was very well-maintained and well-decorated - one 6 person sauna, one steam room, swimming pool (with massage jets if you find the hidden buttons), relaxation area with 4 loungers.
The bathrobes were comfortable, the staff were very friendly (German is the preferred language after Czech), and the location is incredible - right on the river so you are in the heart of Karlovy Vary.
