They didnt even know about the reservation thiug we paid, we were coming to the apartment and it looked like it in not ready 45 before arrival.
The owner was highly unpleasant telling me there are more Apartments and more owners and maybe I booked another one (sic!)

After the owner called me back and confirmed it was too.
1) i would not go for accommodation where people make a lot of money and obviously dont care
2) i had to find another shelter for my son and mě, right away, not drive to a place uncertain we have some vacancies

Everything was arranged to make the guests' and the staff's lives as easy as possible.
The wellness area was great and the swimming area designed to maximise the view and relaxation.
Having the underground corridor available to move between hotels was great! And so was the chipped bracelet to access the wellness and charge drinks. Good coffee at wellness Sidonie.
Zamek Klein was incredible, kudos to whoever did the restoration and refurbishment. Everything was new but done in barouque style down to the smallest detail.
Thanks to the staff for the clear communication to minimise any discomfort caused by the big company event ongoing at the resort.

The stay was amazing! The room was located in the middle of the city with quick access to all the infrastructure you'd need on your trip. Host was kind and helpful. The room was very clean, beautiful, functional, tastefully decorated and recently renovated. Great value for money. I reccomend it to all the visitors of Šumperk city.
Very easy to get to the apartment, during the weekend the parking near by is free. Also, good instructions to get the keys and easy to follow. Nice apartment well equipped, clean and comfortable - all the family loved it. Nice communication with the owner.
Room was very spacious and clean. Beds were very good and there was a nice bed for our child too.
Air conditioning worked well and the hotel was very quiet during night.
Breakfast was ok, maybe a bit limited selection, but all were good quality.
It's a really nice establishment run by a family. Downstairs there is a restaurant/bar open in the afternoon and evening only. The rooms are comfortable and they have nothing missing. There is no aircon, but I appreciate the fact there was a fan. The fridge in the corridor for a common use was helpful.
Enjoyed the personal touch and approach of the owners - they were as helpful as it can get, very welcoming and accommodating to my arrival and departure times.
For us, it was a perfect place nestled in a little village, close to everything with a stream on the property and woods nearby. The food was great, they had a bar and big screen TV, a lot of history in the town. That’s why I came! To see where my great grandparents came from. The staff was very friendly and willing to help answer questions and speak English, especially Beda!!!
And it’s a family owned place and they work it themselves.
Location directly at the main squre was superb. The room was nice and clean. There were even toys for kids and when we asked, they have provided us with small dining chair for our daugter as well. No problems with the apartment itself.
