They didnt even know about the reservation thiug we paid, we were coming to the apartment and it looked like it in not ready 45 before arrival.
The owner was highly unpleasant telling me there are more Apartments and more owners and maybe I booked another one (sic!)
I didnt. This was the last one. I described it etc
After the owner called me back and confirmed it was too.
1) i would not go for accommodation where people make a lot of money and obviously dont care
2) i had to find another shelter for my son and mě, right away, not drive to a place uncertain we have some vacancies

The owner was extremely friendly. We came in very late but still there was no problem to wait for us. The owner was very kind and friendly. Location is a bit remote as it's far from big cities but we found it cosy and very beautiful.

Best facilities and organization I have seen in Czech Republic.
Everything was arranged to make the guests' and the staff's lives as easy as possible.
The wellness area was great and the swimming area designed to maximise the view and relaxation.
Having the underground corridor available to move between hotels was great! And so was the chipped bracelet to access the wellness and charge drinks. Good coffee at wellness Sidonie.
Zamek Klein was incredible, kudos to whoever did the restoration and refurbishment. Everything was new but done in barouque style down to the smallest detail.
Thanks to the staff for the clear communication to minimise any discomfort caused by the big company event ongoing at the resort.

Great location, it is really the peaceful countryside. There are nice ski slopes around, I guess people go there a lot in winter time, too. Kraliky, Branna are close to X-Park and Dolni Morava is just 30 mins by car.
The apartman was suitable for our needs, we also opted for continental breakfast. It was hearty at a reasonable price.

Nice and spacious apartment. We really loved the garden, where our toddler had a chance to play and jump on the trampolene. The location is very good, I loved walking around in the town in the evening.
