Room was well equipped. Water can and provided instant coffee and tea bags were nice gesture from the hotel. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Perfect place for families with children.

The property is amazing, and the connection to the castle makes it interesting and attractive. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food was also amazing, with good variety and delicious, prepared in all small details. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked already a second mini-vacation in this location, this time with the kids as I am sure they will enjoy it just as much as we did.
The family room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone could speak English. The dinner buffet was really good. We really enjoyed spending time in the park besides the hotel. It is full of labyrinthes and since the weather was great the kids loved it. It was also a nice park to just chill and relax.
Positive surprise. Small but cozy room. Nice maze garden at the chateau is included. Excellent à la carte restaurant, while most guests go for the cheaper buffet. Our impression: this hotel offers more than most guests demand. Due to its location near Parc Mirakulum, makes it seem like a kids hotel. Compliments to the staff who remain so welcoming and friendly.
Wide range for breakfast and dinner,the food was very good. Nice indoor pool (for me a bit cold 28°C),but equiped with tools for swimming,so my kid could swim there.. and comfortable sauna. Friendly staff,nice to kids, kids corner (in my opinion could be better equiped,but better something than nothing). Perfect location just around the corner from the castle. Parking available at the hotel. The room was clean,nice, comfortable.
