Great spot for a night before heading to a jungle lodge. Slightly out of the main bit of town but perfectly walkable to everything you need. Clean, friendly family owns it and garden space. There was space to cook in the room and they provided coffee too which was a nice touch.

We booked it last minute as it got late driving and it was perfect. Spacious room, secured private parking and Elena was a great host.

Simple but beautiful setting, off grid (no WIFI or cell phone signal) made it easy to properly relax. The guided walks (no additional charge) were fun. Staff extremely friendly, freshly prepared proper food was really tasty. Excellent value for money.

It was like staying with a family friend. Nice front porch, with howler monkeys just across the road. We were served a lovely evening meal and breakfast.

The place is located a little bit out of the way with plenty of nature around.

we had a very warm welcome and a lovely couple caring for us and our two children. we just stayed one night, I think most do. it was clean and we had everything we needed (small kitchen even).
we felt also very safe in the property. the communication with the owner was very good, he helped with everything.
Great place to stay. Family run. They will arrange water rafting which is the best in Costa Rica in this area. Well secured fir both people and vehicles. Keep up the good work.
We had a great time with Anita who made everything she could possible, including god wine and fun rafting, but especially seeing the Costa Rican wildlifeat her place. She is an amazing host! The cabins are simple but have everything you need.
