Great location, friendly and helpful staff and the room was a very good size. The hot water was actually hot as well!
I also lost a poster that I'd bought and one of the receptionists kindly watched the security footage to see if I'd brought it into the hotel. Very helpful and kind.

Book with caution! Booking was accepted, and then cancelled leaving us without a hotel that night, last minute without warning due to no one being able to "receive us?! It would have been fine to cancel/not accept the booking if it had been done in a reasonable timeframe, but the last minute was rubbish and left us without accommodation for the night. Not cool.
