This hotel shines above the rest of the 5* hotels in Medellin. The hotel is new and shiny and the breakfast room with all the greenery is a delight to wake up to. Breakfast is plentiful and the service is absolutely amazing. The place is run like a family with all the staff really getting to know you. Additionally praise goes to Andreas who helped my wife source and amazing birthday present for me. The price, for what you get is amazing, definitely the hotel of choice for couples and family's, not a party hotel but lively.

I can't believe how much thought and dedication was put into this place, the customer service was outstanding and everyone was as accomodating as possible, the rooms were clean and the furniture seemed brand new, would definitely come again.

Excellent place! In the middle of the nature. Many animals/birds coming in the morning. The owner is a very good chef/cook and makes delicious breakfast/dinner. The refugio is very close to the mirador/viewpoint (just 5min walking).

Casa profunda was a pleasant surprise. In all honesty we picked the location mostly because of its apparent proximity to the airport, but we inmediately felt very much at home there and were in real doubt if we wanted to leave at all at the end of our booking period.

A calm and peaceful escape from busy Medellin the moment you enter. Good rooms and a terrace with a great view. The best restaurant and chef in Columbia! The food was fantastic and very well presented. Some people complain of an unsafe area. We had no issues and walked to and from the hotel into the centre with the family. After 10pm the hotel do recommend a taxi though. But not a concern and would not hesitate to return.
It was very chill hostel, I stayed in Gastón 2, fel like a family, good breakfast. I am coming back soon and they let me keep my big suitcase there too.
The rooms and fans were great. The living room was large and the TV worked. The location was good and very easy to catch a taxi. The host was great to pick up and give back the keys. I liked that there were not many decorations and trinkets around the house. It was a very kid-friendly home.
Diego and his family was pretty friendly and was having lots of fun with them. The hostel has a homey feel unlike the other hostel so it's more like Bed & Breakfast then a hostel. The breakfast was basic but delicious. Location is near many restaurants and shopping mall nearby.
The hotel is very well located and accessible, in the heart of nightlife yet not in the crowded neighbourhood. 5 minutes drive to lleras and Provenza. Nice rooms, pool, rich kitchen and facilities. Family friendly. Very safe area.
Love love love this place and would definitely come back. The neighborhood and surrounding area is gorgeous, with a lovely little family-friendly park, restaurants and street foods. This has been my favourite place to walk around in Medellin after dark. Claudia is a fantastic host to takes care of her guests. Other guests were generally very considerate. I would 100% come back to stay and recommend it.
Loved everything. The location, the two buildings were amazing. Really modern, clean and well fitted with super facilities. The activities each day were really fun, well organised and interactive. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always trying to include us and make us feel like family. The pool on the rooftop is such a wonderful addition not to mention the breathtaking view of Medellin. I enjoyed using the gym. The kitchen was the best I've seen and the utilities were all really clean and perfectly functioning.
The family room with bath was fantastic, a big bath to soak into - the kids loved it! The location is convenient and free parking in the secured parking below the hotel is provided. Price is good and rooms clean enough. Staff was courteous and helpful when asked to provide extra sheets etc.
