The value for price is amazing. We were in the area to visit the Natural Reserve, Cañon Rio Claro and this place is about 5 minutes away. The property has a cute waterfall in the back. The couple who own and run the business are lovely people and were very accommodating. If you're planning to visit Rio Claro, you can get private local tours with the host through the rainforest.

24 hour bar and great pool/spa facilities! Bartender was awesome! Would be nice to have wifi in the room and the power briefly went out. Maybe having a solar powered backup would be a future option to look into. Food was great overall as well.

The cabanas are really a hidden paradise, best part was that we were by ourselves so we had everything to ourselves as well, ultimate tranquility. The river is clear and fantastic to swim in, the cabanas are basic but well kept and clean, with a nice patio overlooking the river. It cools down in the evening, and you hear nature around you. Meals were good as well and reasonably priced, but there is a restaurant nearby if you want it.
