The dedicated staff and their service. They all were very polite and helpful. They make you feel valued as customer!
The hotel accepts pets and appreciates you are paying for their stay. Our two little dogs got a sleeping bed each one and a toy to play. It’s the first time I see such nice service for pets. We could bring them with us everywhere, they never complained about them and trust you will take care if they mess something.
The hotel is in great shape. It’s modern, clean and well maintained. Nice pool (though it can get crowded) and spa facilities.

Great breakfast, roof terrace very nice, several pool areas and even a small gym, although it could be better equipped. Room was nice and clean with a very nice view. Lots of shopping areas in the vicinity.
