Los Robles exceeded my expectations in every way - and my expectations were already quite high because of all the prior good reviews I saw on Booking.com. The service was absolutely top notch. After I booked, I contacted Ángela, who is in charge of the property, to see if she could decorate my elderly father's room for his birthday. She offered to not only do that, but to have little mini birthday cakes and rum awaiting when we arrived. He was so surprised and thrilled! Even before we arrived, Ángela responded to every one of my questions via WhatsApp. She even asked if my father and his wife would need a ground floor room. Once we got there, this level of thoughtfulness and service continued. It was like she could read our minds - we nearly got things before we ever even asked for them! The site is beautiful and tranquil, and easy to reach from Medellin, even if you don't have a car. It is SO CLEAN - everything is clean. The pool is truly lovely. The food is also very good and VERY plentiful. It's a wonderful place to go with the family or the kiddos. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I booked at the last moment and a room in a beautiful.setting was made immediately available after a long day riding my bicycle. All in all it's a great place with beautiful.views in a pleasant natural surrounding. The manager had cold beers to finish my day.
