The personal is so kind. There was a hot drink with cookies every night, it was nice for the cold weather. The breakfast was ready at 6am, and the food was good and affordable. They help me print two pages for an urgent document, but it would be great if they offer printing services.

On arrival Ivan was a massive relief. We found ourselves caught up in some travel dramas, he was able to help us out with finding more information on the situation and also piece of mind we would be able to take things day by day at the hotel. He organised a taxi to the airport and confidence that things will work out well for us, given we don't speak Spanish.
The other lad who was on the staff was just gorgeous, I felt pretty stressed and impatient, he was so nice, patient and did his best to make sure our stay was as good as it could possibly be.
Thanks to these two and the cleaning / cafe staff. We are so grateful for your help and getting us out of Pasto.
The neighbourhood is great, lots of places to eat and it's safe to walk around. Breakfast was actually pretty good also, good coffee.

Immaculately clean propriety in a brand new flat. Safe neighbourhood. Conveniently located near the Panamerican Highway that crosses the town from North to South which is great for those on pilgrimage to Las Lajas Shrine. Bus terminal within a reasonable distance. Very quiet to get good rest after long hours of waking and sightseeing. The proprietor’s mother was very welcoming and polite.

They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable.
