I stayed for the second time, the difference was that this time it was a tour. The hotel is located in a shopping center. The front desk will contact you in advance. Being early, the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast with traditional home cooked Chinese food that is very tasty. The decor of the apartment was very nice. The view was good. The bed was really comfortable. It was great to have a washing machine. The owner was very chatty and helpful.

The staff was really friendly and gave a very welcoming vibe, they let us use the gym last closing hours, and they also quickly gave us shampoo when there was a bottle missing in the room. Location was also really good, although some taxi drivers claimed they didn't know where the hotel is which is more about the taxi driver than the hotel.
The hotel is very foreigner friendly too, if you are a foreigner that doesn't speak Chinese.
