super nice room, managed to get a free upgrade through booking.com, it was a corner room, really spacious and lux. instagrammable too. Free of charge choice of pillow from the pillow menu. Staff was super attentive and friendly in helping with taxis, booking tourist attraction tickets etc. Breakfast is really good also, good selection.

From Check in to check out all services rendered and all staff were very nice and competent. Giving their best. Facilities were impeccably clean and convenient The staf in the Lounge was extraordinary. Miss Lulu, Miss Nicole and Miss Tracy should be rewarded for their outstanding customer services. Some of hte staff should receive more English training to even improve their performance.

i like to commend on the staff who went extra mile to help us to book a transport when our oversea data network doesnt work well. He was with us during whole booking process and even use his own data hotspot. That staff was Mr Zhou Wen who helped us on 6th May 2024 around 9+ PM.
