I had the pleasure to interact with her on the second day of my stay. Her remarkable dedication and service made this stay a lot easier for me. From the moment I arrived, I loved the hotel and the smell of the lobby, at first I encountered some initial communication challenges. However the very next day I had the pleasure to get in contact with Stacy through the chat function, who made sure that my stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible. It put me at a lot of ease. I usually don’t write personal recommendations on people but I think she deserves it due to the fact that she went above and beyond expectations, and her proficiency in English definitely helps.
