The location within 3 min walk to the street food and about 10min walk to the old town, thru the rows of street food and restaurants open till early morning. And yet this hotel is quiet for good sleep. The host Mr Wang and windy Chen were very helpful, it worth to organise pick up by Mr Wang as the street to the Hotel.were old and narrow laneway that some taxi may not be aware of.
Only 300 metres from the west gate of Dali Ancient Town, Monster B&B is housed in a traditional Bai-style building.

Really nice guesthouse. I would have given a higher rating if we slept better. Unfortunately there were noisy guests who stayed up very late and a demented goose next door who woke us early in the mornings. The decor is lovely. The rooftop view is good. it was great to be able to wash and dry clothes. There are some authentic restaurants close by if you don't want to eat in the ancient town.
