The staff were so friendly and helpful from arrival to check out. They gave all the information we needed about the wall, and they even have traditional clothing you can take to the wall to get pictures. The guesthouse is very nice, with lovely little rooms - we wish we had time to stay longer than the one night. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing! 100% recommend!

Extremely satisfied!
First of all, the location is the best in Beijing. From the windows, you get stunning views of iconic landmarks like the Forbidden City, the Great Hall of the People, the CCTV Tower, and China Zun.
Secondly, the service at this hotel is world-class, even surpassing the luxury hotels we've stayed at in Tokyo and Osaka.
Additionally, they provided us with complimentary amenities for our 1-year-old child, such as a tent and bed rails.
Special thanks to Ms. Grace, Mr. Sun, and the other staff whose names we didn’t catch for their warm and attentive service.
We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Beijing!
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The Legendale Hotel is a very family friendly hote; very well located. It has a decent size indoor pool. The staff was very helpful with organising taxi's for us. There are restaurants and cafés in walking distance.
Loved the breakfast, a lot of variety and high quality. The staff was amazing and had great english. They helped us to book certain tourist attractions! We travelled with a baby and were given a baby cot & high chair for breakfast. The room didn't have any smoke smell which is great and not common. We also got upgraded and stayed in a huge room with a sofa and living area. The location is great. Overall, very happy!
Centrally located; quiet rooms; courteous and prompt service when requested; clean rooms; the executive family suit is very convenient for families (with two bathrooms and sleeping quarters at different levels); the breakfast was always fresh with plenty of selections (both Western and traditional Chinese choices)
The best thing about this place is that there is Bryan Zheng working there. He has the best service mind and is always trying his best to make sure we’re comfortable and being served. We needed to change the room at late night check in and he’s patiently waiting and talking to my children. He has limited English speaking skill but there’s no problem for my family to love seeing him everyday when we’d stayed and being sad when we had to leave.
Great choice for family as they have two bedroom rooms and facilities to make own breakfast. This was already our third time at Base Beijing. Our kids love this hotel for the rooms and the basement where they can play snooker. Staff is also really kind and helpful.
Very very friendly and hospital and helpful staff, we felt welcomed traveling as a family with two kids from the beginning, they even helped us to organize a tour to the great wall the hotel has everything you need, pool, gym , great breakfast and always a friendly talk
The staff is very foreigner friendly and all speak very good English. I would typically recommend the Garden or Courtyard rooms. The Private Residences are located in a separate area, and not as "fun", but better if you are traveling with a small family or need more privacy. Breakfast at Toast was included.
The 2 bedroom suite is perfect for a family with 2 kids, we arrived after a long flight from London and were immediately comfortable, the staff were friendly and helped us with taxis to the train station (not the one over the road, we were taking a train from another one) when we left, very good breakfast with lots of options for locals and foreigners. We’re staying here again before we fly back to London
