it was a wonderful treat, staying on a beautiful biodynamic vineyard. The setting was gorgeous in the Casablanca Valley and we had such a lovely room. The dinners were superb and the staff incredibly helpful. We had half board which included the dinner, but it also included an extremely informative and interesting tour of the Vineyard and winery, and then the winetasting to follow. It was very interesting for us to hear about how a biodynamic vineyard works. The grounds of the hotel are extensive, well laid out and full of beautiful flowers and trees.
