The location of the hotel and the Restaurant 'The Deck' as well as the lounge overlooking the vineyards of Lavaux is absolut fantastic. The view is magic and the food in the Restaurant is very delicious. Absolut a MUST! The staff is very friendly and we could also get a drink after dinner at the Hotel Bar.

Anne is a fantastic host, very accommodating, and responsive. She made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. View of the lake and vineyards is sublime. Enjoyed being outside the bustling city yet having Saint Saphorine and its train station only a 10min walk away. Check in was super easy even though we arrived after hours.

Our room had a fantastic view and was just walking from the metro stop. Carrying the luggage to the metro stop was a hassle though.

I arrived at the hotel, late, tired and a bit saf for personal reasons, and Ynes made everything vanish somehow, thank you for a quick, smooth and welcoming check-in, it's not the comfort and the view that make the difference, the kind and friendly souls working at this hotel do, merci infiniment!
