Very dull and without atmosphere. Expected much more since the name is all about Heidi and that was the purpose of the visit. The area of the hotel is almost part of an industrial site and not very nice. The view on the mountains from the breakfast-room was better.

very nice location in a small village and the vineyards, good breakfast buffet, nice terrace to sit out on for meals or drinks. Room with balcony onto the front was spacious with a nice view over the valley and mountains but could be noisy with the road below. Single room is functional. Equipment in the rooms/bathrooms is modern and comfortable. Mosquito nets available.

The owners were very accomodating, friendly and efficient. Spoke good english, so easy to communicate with them. Staying in the gasthaus gives you an idea of what it is like to live in a typical swiss village. Amazing!! Hats off to our host and hostess. Breakfast produce was locally sourced so that was great too!

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The setting is simply beautiful. Our children loved the pool with its waterslide, the gorgeous village with its playgrounds and river, the easy access to explore the immediate area. They loved the loft also. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. This is a great place if you want a quiet village in summer where you can feel totally ensconced by surrounding mountains and fields.

Great pool with flexible opening hours. We could go swimming at 6 pm as well as 7 am which the whole family enjoyed. Large room for the four of us actually two connecting rooms with a bathroom in one and a sink in the other very useful with grown up kids. Very good and safe parking. Dinner at restaurant at reasonable price traditional Swiss cooking. And a very good breakfast buffet we really enjoyed it.
Great area for a quite stay and with bike paths and places for a run just around it.
