walking distance to lake only 100 meters....also good for parking as they have a parking close by which has a good daily rate of 18 CHF....hotel advise nicely how to use it...and still can drive to hotel to unload or load language...rooms are not too big but smart layout...big bed and big bathroom

Excellent staff and hotel. We were treated so well from start to finish, they were so friendly and accommodating, it made our stay. Breakfast was super and the room was very clean. The moment you walk in, you drop your shoulders and breathe, you feel completely at home. The hotel reception, bar to the right and the terraces are just fabulous spaces to spend your time in. The wonderful views across Maggiore, oodles of friendly staff, watching thunderstorms on the balcony, big beautiful bedrooms, it's the stuff of dreams. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, one of my favourites in the world.

The location is perfect, in the middle of Ascona, close to the lake and the center.

This place was like waking up in a fairy tale, and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They communicated so well and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as well as help me to learn about the part of my family from gordevio. Quite possibly the best hospitality out of everywhere I've traveled in the world. The breakfast was perfect, light, and flavorful. The room was spotless. The hosts were awesome. We seriously considered extending our stay at this place but had another city to get to. Will definitely go back!! Thank you!!
