Wonderful hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. All things were very well planned out. The breakfast was really excellent, the egg menu was great. Location from the centre of the village was a bit far, however there is a free skibus that stops right outside the hotel. And being a bit further away meant that it was absolutely quiet.

Fabulous location just round the corner from shops and all facilities. Hosts were lovely and very helpful, gave us a welcome box of chocolates and drinks and guest cards. The apartment was wonderful and spacious and very clean. I particularly liked the big living room and beautiful spacious patio with beautiful views. Also a nice dining and kitchen area with nespresso style coffee maker, kettle, utensils, soap, dish towels etc. The owner was very generous and left us plenty of coffee pods, tea, creamers, sugar, and a nice box of chocolates and a bottle of wine. His email instructions how to park underground, obtain the keys from lock box and access the apartment were super. The WIFI in the apartment is great. Great tv with Netflix and lots of board games, etc. The apartment is very well located in Engleberg (right across the street) from the Kempinski Hotel and I highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Engleberg.
