It is an amazing hotel with an unforgettable vibe. Everything around is so beautiful: mountains, lawns, the lake, even buildings look great.
The spa is spacious, well equipped, with different rooms and pools, including outside pool with a hot water.
There are a bunch of restaurants and bars on the side with delicious dishes and drinks.
We had a hike every day and the trails were spectacular.

Okay first up, the resort was amazing. The room was cool too but something’s where amazing and others not so. With this hotel you got breakfast with it the breakfast was in the waldhotel and I can surely say that it was amazing!!!
With the hotel you also got a Bürgenstock ticket to go with the “gondola” Down to the lake and then the boat across the lake to Lucerne. It was amazing, with the boat you also got a Private First Class lounge becomes you stayed in the burgenstock hotel.
The hotel had some nice accessories like slippers and really nice smelling soaps, form aqua di Parma. And some other accessories.

Excellent location. Short walk to the train station and in the heart of shopping and restaurants. Also a very quick walk to the promenade. The host and her team went out their way to accommodate our early arrival and they were very communicative before and during the stay. The apartment is spacious and has everything you may need, though we were there for just one night.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Hotel is fantastic; the views are glorious, the spa is extremely relaxing and well curated.
The room was much bigger than expected with was a nice surprise.
It was my 2y old's bday and we found a surprise little gift in the room with a card for him and his little brother which was incredibly sweet. Even the arrival treats were given having kids in mind (macaroons and dates for the adults, candy for the kids).
We spent 7 days on a family vacation here. All staff were really friendly. In particular, the service from the restaurant staff was perfect. We would also like to thank the staff who help us with valet parking every day. It was also really nice to be able to enjoy a new menu every night. The food is really delicious. My family will definitely spend our summer vacation here next year.

The room view was stunning- got a complimentary upgrade too! Had a fantastic game of indoor tennis which is free for your first hour! The staff were super helpful, super friendly and went over and above! The best place to stay as a family over Christmas! The complimentary access to the amazing Alpine spa and the ferry to the city centre is also amazing value for money!
The SPA is huge with indoor and outdoor swimming pool, different kinds of sauna rooms. All with a stunning view. The room is with fantastic lake view and a spacious bathtub.

My 3-yrs-old daughter likes the kids club very much. There are ample games and activities there.
The hotel is amazing, the facilities and rooms are exceptional, and we had a fantastic time. The kids club was a real success with my son and the pools are spectacular. The Verbena restaurant was superb too.
wonderful location, Beautiful hotel, excellent spa facilities, good long indoor pool with restricted hours for children, hot infinity outdoor pool. the Spice restaurant was fun and excellent. the staff could not be more charming and accommodating.
