My stay at this jewel hotel was excellent. As I entered the reception I was greeted very warmly by the staff. Later I had a wonderful dinner exchanging with a culinary specialist. Entering my room I felt the coziness and cleanliness providing me with great confort and rest. The breakfast was traditional and offered plenty of energy for the day. Highly recommend it.

Vila Maria is very nice historic building, very nicely refurbished, with some very nice designer pieces. It is located in very safe area, by the lake, not in the busy part, but you can hear traffic a bit if you open your windows. Check-in was smooth, even though I had to call and finish it with help of the owners. All information was provided ahead. Parking place is right opposite the building, across the street.

We absolutely loved our stay. The view from the balcony was unexpected and beautiful. We stayed in the top floor loft. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for our family of three. Easy check-in and great communication for any questions we had. The views are stunning and waking up every morning to a lakeside view is the perfect way to start your day. The staff were amazing. Levent and the bar staff are the best in class. Breakfast was the best I had in Switzerland and Luzern. The cleaning crews stopped by several times a day, and with pillow service which is a throwback to the old glamorous classic hotels.
